Overview
Welcome to treelium.com (hereinafter referred to as “Treelium”, “website”,”site”, “us”, “we”). Our website and all of our services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions (starting now “T&C”). By accessing, browsing and shopping on treelium.com you irrevocably agree that these T&C shall exclusively regulate the relationship between you and us.
You can review the most current version of the T&C at any time at this page. From time to time we may update, change and modify this document at our discretion. Kindly check often for updates.
If you do not accept and agree to these T&C you may not use the website and we kindly ask you to leave immediately. Your continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to the T&C applicable at the time of every website use.
1. Prices
Prices on treelium.com and all transactions - payments, invoice and refunds - are in Euro and are intended per unit.
Prices are VAT included. However, any other Tax and/or Duties which may be levied in the county of dispatch of the product or in the country of delivery of the purchase are excluded. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and shown on a per-shipment basis at checkout.
Delivery for orders above Euro 300,00 are free of charge. The shipping fee for order up to Euro 300,00 is calculated at checkout.
Prices may vary according to market conditions and are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation. We have the right to (i) cancel the order or (ii) adjust the prices following any increase in taxes, duties or shipping.
2. Payments
The full amount of the products purchased (including, if applicable, sales tax and/or shipping and/or packaging) is due at checkout. Any additional costs and/or transaction fees charged by your bank or credit card remain at your expense and they must not be deducted from the total amount of the purchase order.
Treelium accepts the following payment methods:

- Paypal
Only one form of payment method may be used on a single order.
3. Purchase order
By shopping on treelium.com you implicitly agree to our T&C. All orders we receive are subject to availability and acceptance, we retain the right to refuse or cancel any order at any moment.
Your order will be accepted and the contract between us will be completed only when you receive an email from us notifying you that we have dispatched the products you ordered. This notification shall be deemed as purchase confirmation. The products are shipped only upon the full payment of the purchase order.
Your order can be modified or cancelled as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before the order enters our shipping queue.
Risks and benefits regarding the purchased products are transferred from Treelium to you at the moment of delivery of the products to the dispatcher for shipping.
4. Shipment and delivery
Treelium.com currently serves EU countries, Switzerland and the UK.
The delivery service is carried out through one of the following couriers:
- GLS
- DHL

5. Return and refund
Returning a product with Treelium is easy, you just need to follow our Return Policy Here.
You have 30 (thirty) calendar days - from the day you have received the order - to submit a return request.
6. Commercial warranty
The commercial warranty (hereinafter also referred to as “warranty”) on Treelium products - purchased on treelium.com - is intended as an additional and not a substitute for any other right enjoyed by the consumer, meaning that the consumer is exclusively the one who uses the goods for the purpose for which they were sold.
Terms of warranty
Treelium products purchased on treelium.com are covered by a commercial warranty (hereinafter also referred to as “warranty”) for manufacturing defects of 2 (two) or 5 (five) years depending on the product purchased. The warranty period starts from the delivery date to the consumer.

The commercial warranty only covers products sold and delivered in EU Countries, Switzerland and the UK.
Warranty service and country coverage
The commercial warranty provides the following services:
- Replacement or repair of faulty product, or product parts, when a manufacturing defect is proven
- Manpower and spare parts throughout the warranty period
- On-site products repair, except in cases of objective impossibility or force majeure.
The on-site repair can only be executed in countries where the warranty coverage is available.
The product or parts of the product repaired or replaced will benefit from the remaining warranty period applied to the original purchase, namely the period prescribed by law.
The warranty is valid and operative throughout the EU territory, Switzerland and the UK, as long as the consumer provides the purchase tax receipt or the invoice with the following details: name of the retailer, date of purchase, type and model of the product.
Exclusions
The warranty does not include or cover the costs of technical intervention and the related activities to it (i.e. costs of handling, transfer, shipping, return) essential to execute the service. The customer will bear these costs if any of the following condition occurs:
- Damage caused by the transport or handling of the product
- Damage or malfunction caused by the incorrect, imperfect or incomplete installation, due to: inability of use by the user or installer, lack of the necessary space to operate around the product, excessive or low ambient temperature.
- Technical intervention that does not identify and confirm the functioning of the product perceived as abnormal by the customer as a malfunction
- Damage caused by atmospheric agents (i.e. lightning, earthquakes, fires, floods)
- Products with serial number removed, erased or tampered
- Repairs, alterations or tampering carried out by persons not authorised by the manufacturer, or otherwise for reasons not dependent on the product.
- Lack of tax documents or if they are counterfeit or not related to the product.
- Damage or malfunction caused by the misuse of the product or a use other than established by the manufacturer
- Damage or malfunction caused by all the external circumstances not attributable to manufacturing defects of the product
- Repairs to be executed in countries where the warranty coverage is not available

Treelium provides the warranty services through a network of Official Distributors, which are the only ones authorized to execute the repairs on Treelium branded products.
It is highly recommended to the customer to request technical support to Treelium’s Official Distributors - both during the validity of the guarantee but also after its expiry - for the main following reasons:
- To prevent the warranty from lapse due to a repair performed by inexperienced hands or by unprepared technicians.
- To ensure that the technical intervention is executed by trained personnel who will not damage the product.
- To maintain the correct functionality and durability of the product over time

7. Limitation of liability
Treelium disclaims all liability for any damages, direct or indirect to persons or property, arising from the failure of the user to comply with all the instructions included in the specific product user guide, and in particular the warnings related to installation, use and maintenance of the product.
Treelium’s liability for any failure to perform its obligations is limited to damages caused by gross negligence or intention, and shall be limited to the value of your purchase order giving rise to a warranty (liability cap).
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All contracts are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the application of these T&C (in particular with regard - but not limited to - the purchase of products and/or services on treelium.com), you agree that the ordinary courts in Varese (Italy) will have exclusive jurisdiction. Treelium may choose in its sole discretion to proceed before an alternative court.
