Shipping policy

Overview
This Policy sets out how Treelium processes the shipment and the delivery of the products. We may change this policy at any time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

1.  Shipping country

Treelium.com currently serves EU countries, Switzerland and the UK. The delivery service is carried out through one of the following couriers:

  • GLS
  • DHL
    2.  Shipping Fee

    Delivery for orders above Euro 300,00 are free of charge. The shipping fee for order up to Euro 300,00 is calculated at checkout.

    3.  Delivery time and tracking
    Our goal is to ship your purchase order within 2 (two) business days after the receipt of payment. You acknowledge and accept that safety and fraud checks for first-time orders may delay shipping.

    Orders are processed during our main service hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. GMT+1.

    Orders placed from Friday after 11 a.m. GMT+1 to Sunday will be processed on the second available business day.

    The delivery normally takes place in about 7 (seven) business days from the shipment. The estimated transit time does not account for any potential delays caused by - as an indication but not exhaustive - weather, custom operations, strikes. Furthermore Treelium is not liable for any shipping delays caused by any circumstances beyond its control. 

    During promotional events (i.e. Christmas, Black Friday, Sales) orders may take up to an additional 48 hours to be delivered.

    Once your order has left us, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
